If you are having trouble deleting, please email us and we will send a confirmation of delete at [email protected].

As a PORTpass account holder, please make sure your app on your phone is updated to the latest version.

Once updated, login to your app and tap on the ‘Profile’ tab.

Tap on my ‘Profile’

Once clicked, you can press delete my account button above the sign out button which will completely remove you off PORTpass if you’d like.

Click on the Delete Your Account

Once deleted, all data inputed including your username and email address will be removed. If you would like to use the optional PORTpass app, you will need to re-register.
